Guide to logging on to Eildon Homes to complete a change of circumstances registration form.

 

  1. Go to www.eildonhomes.org.uk and click on ‘apply or update your registration here under the images.

 

 

     2. Click login and enter the log in details provided and click login

 

     3. You will now see your account start page. Click on the link ‘Report a change of circumstances’ (blue text)

 

     4. Your details. Enter your National Insurance number and click next.

 

     5. Security details. Change the security question and answer and click next.

 

     6. This takes you to the reset your password page. Enter your current and a new password. Click reset password.

 

     7. Log back in again following steps 1,2,3 and 4 above and you will be presented with the Security details page again. This time don’t change anything just click next. From here you will be able to     progress through the sections of the application form, completing each as you go.
